Andy and Mark take a look at volunteering, focussing on the keys roles within Fry Club JFC and by extension, the majority of Grassroots Clubs.  They discuss the time involved, the work, life and family balance as well as the rewards that volunteering can bring.  If you are interested in helping out within your community, then simply reach out and get involved, be that Club, Charity or simply at your local Community Centre.
